While working as a management consultant with clients all over the globe, CommandHound CEO and founder, Rene Larrave, always found himself in the same situation. His clients consistently came to him with the same frustration. They could not figure out how so many tasks and duties fell through the cracks, no matter what they did.

These mistakes and omissions happened so regularly on every team that clients spent significant time and resources simply to address the effects of these mistakes. Once the negative effects were dealt with, teams had such fatigue and were so worn out that they didn’t even know where to begin to address the root of the problem.

After hearing of this problem with so many clients, Larrave decided to get to the root of the problem.
